3. Statutory E-Way Bill Generation (CGST Rule 138)
In compliance with the Goods and Services Tax Rules, consignments with an invoice value exceeding ₹50,000 require a statutory electronic E-Way Bill prior to movement:

5. Site Receiving & Damage Claim Protocol
When receiving tool consignments at your site:
- Verify the tamper-evident industrial tape on the cartons is intact and untampered.
- Ensure carton counts match the number specified on the carrier's Lorry Receipt (LR) or delivery challan.
- If any box appears crushed or punctured, note "Subject to Mechanical Inspection / Box Damaged" directly on the carrier's LR copy prior to signing.
- Notify our logistics desk via contact.php within 24 hours with photos of damaged packaging.
