The bpm and impact energy can be controlled by the variable-speed/impact controller and provide a range of 1-10 JOULES of impact energy per blow.

The electronic variable speed also ensures that the proper amount of power is being delivered to the motor, providing outstanding chipping speed and allowing the user to control how fast he or she chips.
