Pricing & other charges:

"Our Price / Sale Price as shown near the products are actual selling price which is exclusive of VAT, CST, shipping charges, Octroi or Entry tax including cash collection service charges, if any need to be paid/borne by the buyer, where ever is applicable. The Vat / CST rate will be calculated based on the actual sales price after discounts and the shipping cost calculated on weight of the each products shown in the check out before confirming your order. Cash on delivery mode may be charged with additional fees for cash collection apart from shipping charges as per logistic providers cost.

Orders placed on the site does not make any contract or purchase agreement from the website or the seller, the orders will be confirmed & processed once the stock is available for dispatch, which will be update to the customer by email or phone. Sale/offer prices mentioned are not fixed and may vary any time with out any notice. the price displayed at the time of order will only be applicable to you. if any increase or decrease in the price after the order confirmation will not be taken into consideration. we do not provide any refund in case of price variation after order confirmation or delivery.

Price mentioned are fixed and non negotiable. You may get discounts by using discount coupons/vouchers provided by us or by authorized third parties & promotional offers provided by us in specific time period or for some specific products for repeated purchases and during seasonal period. Provision of discount voucher or free gifts are under sole decision of machpowertools team.

* Octroi will be charged in few parts of Maharastra, Jammu&Kashmir and Andaman or Entry tax may charged in few parts of J&K, which will be collected based on the Invoice value by the courier delivery agent during delivery. Octroi is not in our liability and Buyer need to pay for the actual octroi charges to the collection /delivery agent. machpowertools will not include the octroi cost in its prices nor will refund any charges incurred during delivery.

Free offers/Combo Gifts: We may offer some promotional articles or gifts under certain conditions during certain times, which may applicable for a limited time or for a limited stock quantity. This gifts may or may not be shipped together with actual order or by separate packing depends on the availability. machpowertools team will not assure or guarantee the free products offered by the manufacturer or by the 3rd party suppliers.

Warranty: Product warranty is offered by the manufacturer on most of the items. This warranty terms are bound by the manufacturer warranty policy, which can be claimed directly to the manufacturer or their authorized service providers. machpowertools will not offer any warranty, Guarantee or service after the sale.
